Perfectly appointed spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. New bathrooms. Very good facility. Accommodating and helpful staff. Close to Vatican museum and shopping streets. Only 6 rooms so book in advance.

Great breakfast with plenty of food and Lavazza coffee. Excellent location near Vatican and city center with nice restaurants nearby. Appreciated the ability to do early check-in and the comfortable, clean room in line with the pictures. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is simply one of the best B&B's I've ever stayed at. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to assist us with transportation and arranging tours. The location is fantastic, only a short walking distance from the Vatican Museum entrance and St. Peters. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh bed sheets and towels provided, and the ensuite bathrooms were spacious and clean. Additionally, the breakfast included was outstanding, especially the cappuccino.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.
